The bot won't create voice channels.
Make sure a category is set on the dashboard, and that the bot has Manage Channels + Move Members permission in that category.
My servers don't show on the dashboard.
You need the Manage Server permission in a server that already has the Elobby bot. Re-login if you just added the bot.
Custom tier images aren't showing.
Images must be square, at most 128×128 px, and under 256 KB (Discord emoji size). The editor will warn you if one doesn't fit.
Rank or season roles aren't being assigned.
Discord only lets a bot manage roles below its own. In Server Settings → Roles, drag the Elobby bot's role above every rank and season role it hands out, and make sure it has the Manage Roles permission. Then run /custom syncroles to re-apply everyone's rank.
